Dal 1972 Drinks International è una rivista dedicata esclusivamente al mercato globale di alcolici, vini e birre, dando notizie e aggiornamenti sui consumi e le tendenze all’interno dell’industria globale delle bevande.

Giunto quest’anno alla sua XXVIII edizione, l’International Spirits Challenge è un concorso che, secondo Drinks Int, si basa su un processo di valutazione rigoroso e indipendente che punta a incoraggiare l’alta qualità del mondo spirits.
Ogni anno arrivano migliaia di etichette partecipanti da quasi 70 paesi del mondo. Tutto ciò rende l’ISC una competizione globale e meritevole di spazio anche sulle nostre pagine seppur, come ben sapete, i risultati di ogni concorso vanno sempre saputi interpretare con analisi e spirito critico.
Da maggio 2023 sono state pubblicate le varie graduatorie di categoria, con assegnazione di premi per tipologia di prodotto. Pochi giorni fa è infine arrivata la “classifica delle classifiche” che ha decretato i migliori in assoluto a concorso 2023.
Non solo graduatoria per assaggio (tasting awards), ma anche per bellezza del packaging e poi ancora riconoscimenti alle distillerie “top” per sia per qualità che per iniziative e infine premi a tre figure del mondo spirits (recognition awards) per il lavoro svolto.
